By accessing or using AdsBox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AdsBox is a Facebook commerce automation platform that helps businesses:

• Monitor and detect orders from Facebook Live comments and posts
• Automatically reply to customer comments and messages
• Manage product listings and order tracking
• Receive notifications via Telegram integration

3. Account Requirements

To use AdsBox, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Facebook account
• Be authorized to manage the Facebook Pages you connect
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Facebook Integration

Our Service integrates with Facebook. By using AdsBox, you also agree to:

• Facebook Terms of Service
• Facebook Platform Terms
• Facebook Commerce Policies

You are responsible for ensuring your use of AdsBox complies with all applicable Facebook policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use AdsBox to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts except through our provided features
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (product listings, auto-reply templates, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your product information
• The content of your automated messages
• Customer orders and fulfillment
• Compliance with consumer protection laws

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• That the Service will be error-free
• Continued access to Facebook APIs (which are controlled by Meta)

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of AdsBox may require payment. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Intellectual Property

AdsBox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AdsBox is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for lost sales, data loss, or Facebook-related issues

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violations of these Terms
• For violations of Facebook policies
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cambodia.
